Individual Therapy Services
Individual therapy is a space where you can show up as your full self—with all your identities, experiences, and the weight of what you carry. Together, we'll explore how your unique experiences, cultural background, family patterns, and core values intersect and show up in your life. My approach integrates trauma-informed, evidence-based therapies with cultural humility and social justice awareness. We won't just focus on symptoms—we'll address the root causes, honor your resilience, and work toward lasting healing that reconnects you with yourself and your values.
